UI/UX Designer

The UI/UX Designer is responsible for brainstorming and designing user experiences.
Participate in researching, developing, and designing UI/UX for Websites, Mobile Apps, Dashboards for products according to requirements, based on user flow, sitemap, and general concept from the development team.
Research and update the latest design trends, come up with design concepts based on market trends.
Receive requests from clients, PM/BA/Leaders to analyze and develop UI/UX design solutions for software products.
Refine mockups/prototypes based on feedback from users and team members in the development team.
Directly participate in building user personas, user flows, flowcharts, and sitemaps.

Have at least 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or equivalent positions related to product design.
Solid understanding of general design principles, knowledge of fine arts is an advantage.
Proficient in design tools such as Figma, Photoshop, Illustrator…
Proficient in PTS and Illustrator software to design logos and website banners
60% of work uses Graphic Design, 40% of work uses UI Design
Knowledge of prototype tools is a plus.
Knowledge of tech or business fundamentals is an advantage.
Team spirit; communication skills to collaborate with relevant parties.
Good time management skills.
